For damaged products, return pickup will be processed within 7 days.
4. Mandatory Product Opening Video
For any return or replacement request, sharing a clear, continuous, and unedited opening video is compulsory. The video must clearly show:- The package from all sides before opening
- Shipping label visible
- The full unboxing process
- The damaged or defective part of the product
5. Replacement Conditions
If your return request is approved, the product will be replaced with the same item.Replacement will be completed within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued only if the replacement is not available.6. Non-Eligible Scenarios
The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:- No opening video provided
- Video is edited, unclear, or incomplete
- Customer claims damage after 24 hours of delivery
- Product used, altered, or handled improperly
- Minor color differences due to lighting/screen settings

8. Final Decision
All return, refund, and replacement decisions are subject to verification by our team. The Platform Owner’s decision will be final and binding.If approved, refund will be credited within 7 days to the original payment method.
